Inventory Plus was incorporated in December 2007 by Michelle Keene in order to provide the areas around Stroud, Cheltenham and Gloucester with a full professional property management service.

With many years Property Management experience handling rental property portfolios in excess of 500 properties at a time Michelle is well aware of the issues surrounding dilapidations and tenancy deposit disputes.

With the introduction of the new Tenancy Dispute Services it is now even more imperative than ever that a full and preferably independent inventory is prepared at the commencement of all tenancies to protect the investment of all parties concerned, especially landlords.

Inventory Plus offers a flexible, friendly, reliable and professional service. Having been fully trained by the AIIC (and currently working towards full membership) Inventory Plus also offers full Professional Liability and Pubic Indemnity Insurance to cover all work.
